This can show up as indecision, loss of motivation, overthinking, or a sense that something isn’t quite aligned. Often, it’s not a lack of clarity, but different parts of you holding competing needs, fears, or expectations.

My goal is to help you understand these inner dynamics so you can move forward with more confidence and direction.

How Therapy Works

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to explore the parts of you that influence your decisions, motivation, and sense of purpose.

Some parts may push you to achieve or move forward, while others hold fear, doubt, or a need to stay safe. Both are trying to help in their own way.

Rather than forcing a decision, we create space to understand these parts and access a deeper sense of clarity.

From there, direction tends to emerge more naturally.
